Freelance Technical Designer

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Design expert to join our team at Gotyu Underwear. As a key player in our design process, you'll be responsible for creating accurate tech packs, size charts, and overseeing fittings to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and fit.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement technical design strategies to drive product innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with designers to create initial specifications and ensure alignment with our brand's overall vision.
- Conduct grading for sizes XS-2X, making necessary adjustments to trims and materials for larger sizes.
- Lead fittings to ensure all products meet fit and comfort standards, while maintaining the intended style.
- Implement pattern improvements in collaboration with factories, driving continuous product improvement.
- Liaise with stakeholders and production companies to ensure seamless communication and accurate execution of designs.
- Ensure project success by identifying and managing key criteria and tasks needed for timely delivery and quality.
- Proven expertise in technical design, with a strong background in creating accurate size charts.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong grading proficiency, with the ability to conduct grading for various sizes and ensure consistency and quality across all products.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving skills to identify and rectify issues swiftly.
- Familiarity with working alongside factories to implement pattern improvements based on fitting feedback.
