Position Overview
As a Certified Epic Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for defining and documenting the scope and objectives of clinical systems based on user requirements and clinical knowledge. Your role will involve developing comprehensive system specifications, executing design across various applications, and implementing system test plans.

Key Responsibilities
1. Anticipate and address complex issues, providing effective solutions and presenting them to clinical partners.
2. Manage components of medium to large-scale clinical system projects, offering mentorship to system analysts and supporting team members.
3. Establish detailed criteria for system selection based on both functional and technical needs.
4. Foster strong relationships with clinical partners, including physicians, nurses, and technologists, throughout the specification, design, and testing phases, ensuring clear and concise communication.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related clinical specialty is required. Relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with EMR software application implementations.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or project life cycle (PLC).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a hospital acute care environment, either as an employee or consultant.
- At least 1 year of experience with various healthcare clinical systems, such as Epic, GE, McKesson, or Siemens.

Licenses/Certifications:
Epic Certification is preferred.
