Position Overview

The selected candidate will focus on providing support for Epic systems and overseeing implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Epic support and implementation tasks.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for handling break/fix tickets.
  • Lead special projects, including new facility build-outs, system go-lives, and Epic upgrades.

Qualifications
  • Experience with EMR software application implementations, including builds and workflows.
  • Epic Certification in Ambulatory, HB, PB, Cadence, Orders, or Clindoc.
  • Experience in an Ambulatory/Clinic setting or hospital acute care environment, either as an employee or consultant.
