ROLE SUMMARY

We are in search of a seasoned Social Media Manager to join our team, specifically to support Spotify Podcasts & Audiobooks. This role involves the consistent execution of community engagement and content strategies across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with creative and strategic teams to ensure alignment with brand goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively engage with online communities to foster relationships.
  • Identify and explore new community opportunities for brand integration.
  • Publish content across platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Seek real-time content opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with strategic goals.

CORE FOCUS AREAS

Community Engagement: Your primary focus will be to provide value to online users through regular interactions across social media platforms. You will support content sourcing, manage postings, and facilitate strategic community interactions, while also serving as a liaison for customer inquiries.

Content Management: Collaborate with team members to organize and schedule content publishing. Review and edit content for quality and consistency, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.

Platform Optimization: Uphold best practices for content publishing across client-specific platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

Content Enhancement: Format and enhance content for optimal online presentation, considering readability and visual appeal.

Compliance: Ensure all published content adheres to copyright regulations and stay informed on industry trends and best practices.

Collaboration: Work with various teams to align content strategies with overall marketing initiatives.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure published content meets high-quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital content management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content optimization.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and basic image editing tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
