Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Senior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role will be based in Los Angeles, CA, and will focus on directing social media initiatives, content creation, and community interaction for various health and wellness brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients, including innovative growth tactics, content creation, and campaign concepts to enhance account performance.
  • Develop detailed client calendars that encompass strategic planning, creative concepts, copywriting, and industry best practices.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships through timely and thoughtful communication.
  • Analyze client performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to refine social media strategies in alignment with evolving business objectives.
  • Produce engaging content for clients, which may include on-site content capture or home-based production.
  • Collaborate on client photoshoots, contributing to the ideation process, mood board creation, prop sourcing, and location scouting.
  • Stay informed on platform updates, trends, and best practices, ensuring clients receive relevant information promptly.
  • Oversee the Account Coordinator's tasks, ensuring high-quality output and providing mentorship and progress reports to management.
  • Lead internal communication and task management, ensuring clarity in requests and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in social media management, content strategy, and brand development.
  • Senior title is contingent upon experience level.
  • Proven track record of creating compelling social media content and successful campaigns.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess social media metrics and drive improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media marketing trends and proficiency with management tools.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and aesthetics; skills in graphic design and photography are advantageous.
  • Ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively.
