We are looking for a Human Resources and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Cinter Career Services, LLC. This role is essential in managing various HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Management:
- Monitor and document compliance with mandatory training and professional development.
- Facilitate performance evaluations, providing necessary resources for supervisors and staff.
- Organize onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate personnel data management.
- Assist in the recruitment process by collaborating with department heads to identify candidate qualifications.
- Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility.
- Address employment-related inquiries and maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance departmental efficiency. - General Affairs:
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability as needed.
- Oversee company vehicle maintenance and related documentation.
- Administer company insurance policies and assist with audits.
- Support expatriate employees with relocation processes. - Additional Duties:
- Engage in special projects aimed at improving HR processes and systems.
- Maintain high ethical standards and effective communication within the organization.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
