Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide patients in accessing healthcare services, including scheduling appointments and providing referrals as needed.
  • Assist patients with complex medical situations, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community resources.
  • Stay up-to-date on healthcare services and resources, ensuring patients receive the most accurate and relevant information.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office, hospital, or healthcare setting, preferably in a patient-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
