Arakyta LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team in the Toledo, OH area. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to clients, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs, providing tailored solutions and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, networking, and security.
  • Experience with Windows server operating systems, Windows Active Directory, and Windows Group Policy Management.
  • Knowledge of VMware Virtualization, including vSphere and vCenter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft SQL server query/management, SSRS, SSIS experience.
  • Microsoft Windows Server/Exchange/SharePoint certifications.
  • VMware and/or Cisco certifications.
