Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Public Relations team at Calcium+Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, developing strategic communications plans, and executing projects that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies that align with client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct media relations, social media management, and content creation to build brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in public relations, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful client projects and exceeding business objectives.
  • Strong writing, research, and organizational skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
