About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team at Bothell Endodontics. As a key member of our endodontic practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our experienced endodontists.

Responsibilities
  • Chairside Assistance: Provide top-notch support to our endodontists during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients.
  • Sterilization and Disinfection: Maintain a clean and safe environment by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.
  • Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.
  • Radiography: Expose radiographs as needed to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment information.
  • Postoperative Instructions: Provide clear and concise instructions to patients after treatment, ensuring they understand their post-procedure care.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of experience as a dental assistant in an endodontic or general dental practice.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, dentists, and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing office policies and procedures, as well as to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
