Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Michelle J Ament DDS Bothell Family Dentistry. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral exams to ensure optimal patient health
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized guidance
  • Treat and prevent gum disease through effective prevention and treatment methods
  • Take high-quality dental x-rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Utilize intraoral scanners to capture detailed images and educate patients on findings
  • Administer fluoride treatments to promote healthy teeth and gums
  • Assist the dentist during procedures and provide support as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols
  • Follow established infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
  • Current state dental hygiene license
  • CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience with digital x-rays and dental software, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Commitment to continuing education in dental hygiene, staying up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies
