Key Responsibilities- Support the Senior Site Director in planning, management, and supervision of an assigned site
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, coaching, and supervision of site staff
- Transport program materials and supplies to site as needed
- Collaborate with site staff to ensure a safe and engaging environment for youth
- Minimum age 21 or professional experience directly related to licensed or accredited school age/camp programs
- Prior leadership experience required
- Ability to transport program materials and supplies to site as needed
- Currently hold or have the willingness to acquire a minimum of twelve college credits in education, youth development, or related field
