Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Site Director in planning, management, and supervision of an assigned site
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, coaching, and supervision of site staff
  • Transport program materials and supplies to site as needed
  • Collaborate with site staff to ensure a safe and engaging environment for youth
Requirements
  • Minimum age 21 or professional experience directly related to licensed or accredited school age/camp programs
  • Prior leadership experience required
  • Ability to transport program materials and supplies to site as needed
  • Currently hold or have the willingness to acquire a minimum of twelve college credits in education, youth development, or related field
