  • Starting Salary:
    • Bachelor's Degree: $32.31 per hour
    • Graduate Degree: $36.99 per hour
  • Benefits: Includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more
  • Introductory Period: 90-day introductory period with a $300 sign-on bonus upon completion

Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers and assistant teachers in their professional development, modeling effective teaching practices, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain a supportive, inclusive, and welcoming environment in classrooms every day.
  • Foster a sense of belonging and safety for staff, families, and children, promoting a positive community atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field is required.
  • Leadership experience in early childhood education or a related field is required.
  • Strong commitment to the mission of early childhood education and promoting positive child outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
