Job Title: Tele Therapist II

Overview:

The Tele Therapist II provides comprehensive patient assessments, develops and implements treatment plans, and coordinates the treatment process to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of mental health and substance use disorders, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify treatment needs and develop individualized plans
  • Implement evidence-based treatments and interventions to address mental health and substance use disorders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and coping strategies
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience serving individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders
  • Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Clinic Psychologist
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
