Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Therapist II to join our team at Presbyterian Medical Center. As a Therapist II, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote patient recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and coping strategies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Two years of experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
  • Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Clinic Psychologist (or equivalent). For Substance Use Therapist roles, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist or Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate.
  • NC state-approved curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire (exemptions apply).
