Tire Industry Sales Executive

About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tire Industry Sales Executive to join our team as a Franchise Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting new franchisees and expanding existing ones for Big O Tires.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Recruit New Franchisees: Identify and convert leads into successful franchisees for Big O Tires.
- Expand Existing Franchisees: Work with operations teams to identify expandable franchisees and create growth opportunities.
- Develop Relationships: Build relationships with business units and stakeholders involved in the franchise system.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in high-growth franchise sales or a related field.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with franchisees and internal stakeholders.Business Acumen: A thorough understanding of key financial metrics and operational drivers in the retail tire/service environment.Leadership Skills: Ability to work independently and lead others to achieve business objectives.What We Offer
