Key Responsibilities

  • Perform second-level Help Desk support, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complex problems.
  • Interface with internal and external clients, vendors, and stakeholders to service and maintain the technical infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the development of new technology solutions, ensuring proper configuration and cabling of network systems.
  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot network equipment, and participate in LAN performance analysis.
  • Document infrastructure configurations, manage technical project tasks, and monitor system performance.
  • Document activities in ticketing systems and manage all assigned requests to closure within established timeframes.
  • Assist in training junior staff, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and travel occasionally to provide technical support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a four-year College or technical school.
  • Minimum 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • A+ Certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Distributed File System (DFS), Microsoft Windows 11, Active Directory, PowerShell, Cisco Networking, Virtual machine software (VMware), Avaya or comparable IP phone system, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS)/Terminal servers.
