Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team as a Manager, Customer Insights. This role will be responsible for generating actionable insights and intelligence that powers our customer strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional member experiences by synthesizing data from primary and secondary sources into digestible insights and presentations.
  • Develop and manage research roadmaps and budgets to drive business growth and member satisfaction.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to inform fitness products, services, customer experiences, and marketing strategies.
  • Lead research and development of actionable insights to drive member-centric decision-making.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills with qualitative and quantitative consumer research and insights experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in consumer survey design and use, with a focus on statistical analysis and regression analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, marketing research, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with demonstrated success developing customer insights that drove meaningful business impact.
