Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute research projects, leveraging your experience in intelligence analysis and structured analytic techniques.
  • Write comprehensive reports that clearly convey key takeaways, impact, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed subject matter experts to develop products that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Manage the production plan for all Insights products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and provide forward-leaning thought leadership in those areas.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify potential Insights products and develop strategies for their implementation.
  • Utilize a variety of tools, databases, and other sources of information to identify changes, new activities, trends, trajectories, and impact.
  • Collaborate with the marketing production team to produce Insights products that meet the needs of our clients.
Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to contractual reasons.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community, primarily as an all-source analyst.
  • Ideal experience includes 3+ years of project leadership experience, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Experience assessing technologies and emerging capabilities, and presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience using structured analytic techniques, including Indicators of Change, Red Team, and Alternative Futures.
  • Strong research, analytical, and data visualization skills.
  • Proven writing skills, specifically storytelling for government audiences.
  • Ability to understand a range of technologies and their implications on national security.
  • Ability to work independently and function in a collaborative team environment.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
