Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement research designs to evaluate strategic communications for a customer in the US Intelligence Community, incorporating practical strategies for conducting evaluations.
  • Apply operational knowledge and tradecraft to enhance the customer's planning, design, and implementation of various projects, leveraging expertise in strategic communications.
  • Design and conduct survey research, including sample identification, instrument development, survey distribution, and response analysis, to provide comprehensive insights into organizational strengths and challenge areas.
  • Analyze both qualitative and quantitative information to provide the customer with actionable recommendations for improving project delivery and meeting mission objectives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership based on research plans, activities, findings, and recommendations, utilizing visual representation of data to convey key insights.
  • Brief senior-level customers on research plans, status of activities, findings, and recommendations, ensuring effective communication of research outcomes.
  • Generate operational proposals based on findings and recommendations, providing a clear roadmap for implementing research-driven solutions.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required for this position, with a Master's degree in business, social science, or behavioral science preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a consulting role in the IC, with expertise in strategic communications and program evaluation.
  • US Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance with Poly are mandatory for this position.
  • Ability to extract insights from social media and various open source and proprietary data sources to produce finished intelligence products.
  • Experience developing presentations and providing briefings to middle and senior management, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to perform in an individual contributor role while excelling in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading program evaluation activities, with expertise in survey design and analysis, and the ability to analyze information and identify implications for policy, processes, communications, and training.
  • Familiarity with advanced statistical concepts, with a Master's degree in business, social science, or behavioral science a plus.
  • Easturn European language is helpful but not required.
