About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Veralto, a leading provider of industrial water treatment solutions. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Business Processes: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Develop and Implement Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions to improve business processes and increase efficiency.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Coordinate Meetings and Projects: Coordinate meetings with cross-functional teams to create current and future state process maps and KPI metrics from all impacted stakeholders.
  • Document and Communicate Changes: Document and communicate business requirement changes, enhancements, and modifications verbally and through written documentation.
  • Create and Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices: Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices, as well as functional design documentation.
  • Perform Quality Assurance Testing: Create, maintain, and perform Quality Assurance Testing.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and new releases impacting business processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3 Years Business Requirements gathering experience
  • 3 years Quality Assurance or System Testing experience
  • 3 Years Business Process mapping experience
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting business functions in report to record and logistics in Microsoft D365, preferably
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business process analysis and improvement experience
  • Finance or financial background
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
