About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Corporate PMO department at POWER Engineers. This role will be responsible for gathering business requirements, conducting needs assessments, and creating functional specifications to ensure that our current CRM tool, Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE), supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, workflows, and systems. Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications.
  • System Configuration and Customization: Utilize Business Analysis experience and expertise to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 – Sales, including potential custom development.
  • User Management and Security: Manage user roles, access permissions, and security settings within the Dynamics 365 environment. Ensure proper data access controls and maintain system integrity.
  • System Maintenance and Updates: Install updates, patches, and enhancements to keep the system current and optimized. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
  • Training and Support: Assist with development of end-user training on system functionality and best practices. Provide technical support and address user queries related to Dynamics 365.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques, process modeling, and use case development.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Power Platform admin/developer.
  • Proficiency in model-driven apps, system administration, and custom code development.
