Key Responsibilities:
The Client Relations Associate (CRA) plays a vital role in achieving the organization's goals as a field-based business development representative. This position is crucial for maintaining and expanding market share while identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate with the Agency Director and Director of Business Operations to implement strategies that meet revenue targets and enhance patient experiences.

Essential Duties Include:

  • Identifying and establishing healthcare relationships within the designated territory, focusing on skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key customer sources through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Serving as the primary contact for client issues and conflict resolution.
  • Developing and executing an annual business plan that outlines strategies for exceeding financial goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer relationships to ensure strong ties and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Representing CommonSpirit Health in relevant professional organizations and community events.
  • Educating the community about available services.
  • Assisting with the coordination of quality home care services for clients following patient referrals.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a healthcare professional credential, a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent business experience. A minimum of one year of relevant sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical field, is required. Additionally, a valid driver's license and current auto insurance are necessary.
