The Client Relations Associate (CRA) plays a vital role in achieving the organization's goals as a field-based business development representative, consistently meeting referral and admission targets. The CRA serves as the voice of the customer, maintaining and expanding current market share while identifying new business opportunities to support the branch's objectives. Collaborating with the Agency Director and Director of Business Operations, the CRA will develop and implement targeted strategies to meet revenue, patient experience, and profitability goals. Depending on the assigned business unit, the CRA's primary clientele includes skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, community-based residential facilities, physicians, and professional organizations within the designated market.
Essential Duties:
- Identify and establish healthcare relationships within the regional territory, focusing on skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, community-based residential facilities, and healthcare providers.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key customer sources through regular communication and follow-up.
- Serve as the primary contact for client issues and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement an annual business plan for the region, outlining strategies to exceed established budgets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer relationships to facilitate strong connections and ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent CHI Health at Home in relevant professional organizations and community events.
- Assist in educating the community about available services.
- Support facility discharge coordinators in coordinating quality home care services for clients following patient referrals.
A healthcare professional credential, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent business experience is required.
A minimum of one year of relevant sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical field, is essential.
A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required.
