Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to ensure successful candidate placements
- Present job offers and negotiate terms with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferable in a technical or engineering environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
