  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions, care plans, and outcomes.
    • Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, as required, to ensure accountability and transparency.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field required.
    • Minimum of two years of experience providing direct services to seriously mentally ill patients/clients.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Effective oral/written/interpersonal communication skills required.
    • Bilingual skills preferred.
    • Basic computer skills required.
