Job Summary:

Partnership with Children is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Work Director to join our team. As a key member of our school-based program, you will provide critical social and emotional supports for hard-to-reach youth and systematically build schools that are safe, successful, and conducive to learning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling and case management to students and families
• Facilitate large and small group counseling sessions
• Attend all school-based meetings and collaborate with school administration and staff
• Conduct parent workshops and teacher staff development sessions
• Conduct home visits and support students and families in crisis
• Supervise social workers and interns, ensuring high-quality case notes and goal plans
• Develop direct reports to improve their practice and model collaborative relationships
• Ensure data collection is timely and accurate

Qualifications:

• Commitment to Partnership with Children's organizational values
• New York State LMSW from an accredited school of social work
• New York State LCSW or LCSW eligible within 12 months of hire
• SIFI certification and experience supervising social work interns
• At least one year's experience in a school setting, working with students and families
• Ability to work with fidelity to model and implement according to specific school needs
• Interest in working with data to inform practice
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
