Job Summary:

The Social Work Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all clinical and case management services provided by the staff adhere to the FFT-TCM model specifications, meet or exceed expected agency standards of professionalism, and comply with Administration for Children's Services (ACS) policies and contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of social workers and interns in providing high-quality clinical and case management services to families facing child welfare-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and Supervisory team to oversee the day-to-day operation of the FFT-TCM prevention program.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure treatment fidelity and adherence to the FFT-TCM model.
  • Build relationships and actively collaborate with community stakeholders, including ACS child protection staff, attorneys, school personnel, and medical providers.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and supervise varied levels of staff to ensure high-quality performance in all areas, including counseling, case management, and documentation.
  • Provide individualized supervision and coaching to direct reports to ensure they are meeting program expectations and adhering to the FFT-TCM model.
  • Conduct family assessments, provide individualized case planning, and maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts.
  • Monitor and review the work of assigned direct reports, ensuring compliance with program requirements and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related clinical, licensable Master's degree required.
  • Two years of supervisory experience in a child welfare or other clinical setting preferred.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
  • Ability to work 1-2 evenings per week to provide supervisory support to staff.
  • Commitment to working from a strength-based, trauma-informed, and youth and family development perspective.
