KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Retrieve and implement revisions from Designers utilizing AutoCAD.
  • Incorporate changes from MOCs to assist Document Control with Schematics and P&IDs.
  • Conduct general AutoCAD tasks to support the Design Team.
  • Possess a solid understanding of drafting standards, methodologies, and practices.
  • Ensure safety while working in both office and refinery settings.
  • Perform field walk-downs as necessary.
  • Establish a CAD environment, including libraries and layers.
  • Utilize the design standards and project procedures of Ponca City Refinery to generate project drawings, including but not limited to:
    • Schematics / Isometrics
    • P&IDs
    • Building layouts, equipment layouts, cable tray/pipe routing
    • Pipe schedules
    • Installation Details
    • Bill of Materials

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 1-5 years of experience in drafting.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a project team.
  • Capable of interacting with a diverse group of professionals, including Mechanical and/or I&E Designers, Engineers, and Contractors.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Process & Instrumentation Symbology.
