Job Title: Loss Draft Escalation Specialist

At Proctor Loan Protector, we're committed to fostering a workplace that values diversity and personal growth. As a Loss Draft Escalation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in de-escalating borrower calls and resolving complex issues.

  • Work in a fast-paced call center environment, resolving escalated issues with clients and borrowers.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze and resolve complex claims.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client servicing platform and business rules.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • De-escalate borrower calls and resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails and voicemails.
  • Document claim activity in the loss draft module.
  • Order inspections for claims and request disbursements for ongoing claims.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Property claims experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline.
  • Insurance/Mortgage Servicing knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
  • Repetitive motion, manual dexterity, and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
  • Sedentary position, ability to sit at a desk for 7-8 hours per day.
