Call Center Escalation Specialist

- Work in a fast-paced call center environment, resolving escalated issues with clients and borrowers.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze and resolve complex claims.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client servicing platform and business rules.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- De-escalate borrower calls and resolve complex issues.
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails and voicemails.
- Document claim activity in the loss draft module.
- Order inspections for claims and request disbursements for ongoing claims.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Property claims experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline.
- Insurance/Mortgage Servicing knowledge.
- Repetitive motion, manual dexterity, and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
- Sedentary position, ability to sit at a desk for 7-8 hours per day.
