Outbound Call Center Data Collection Specialist

Titan Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Outbound Call Center Data Collection Specialist to join our federal contracting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cold calling companies across the United States to enroll them in the government's payroll surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold call companies to meet monthly performance obligations
- Process confidential data records obtained through telephone interviews or other approved means
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in respondent's responses
- Establish a rapport with potential respondents and enroll companies into the BLS Current Employment Statistics (CES) Program
- Ensure quality control of collected data while identifying and reporting problems in obtaining valid information
Requirements:
- Proficiency with basic computer functions, including typing a minimum of 40 wpm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Demonstrated experience using the internet for research
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Basic math skills, including the ability to round, quantify, and analyze numbers
- Ability to successfully pass a level 2 government background investigation and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience
Preferred Experience:
- Call center experience with strong customer service and sales skills
- Consistent work history and excellent attendance record
- Excellent persuasive/negotiation skills
- Bilingual (Spanish)
