Employee Benefits Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our team at USI Holdings Corporation. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for managing complex client relationships and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of complex clients, providing strategic planning and technical expertise to ensure their benefit programs meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to drive growth and retention.
- Provide expert guidance on employee benefits, including compliance, risk management, and benefit design.
- Lead client meetings, negotiations, and renewals, ensuring seamless execution and excellent client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement client-centric solutions, driving business growth and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
- 4+ years of experience in employee benefits, with a strong understanding of benefit design, compliance, and risk management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision, and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology and systems quickly.
