**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring all client service needs are met and exceeded.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and insurance requirements.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the seamless transition of new clients.
* Review and analyze clients' existing insurance coverage and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Oversee the renewal process for all assigned clients, including preparing renewal proposals and negotiating with carriers for the best terms.
* Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with underwriters and adjusters to manage claims and risk management issues.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide the best advice and service to clients.
**Requirements**
* A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management.
* A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* An insurance designation such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU is preferred.
