Your Role in the Team:

As a Patient Care Assistant, you will:

  • Support safe and appropriate patient care tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Deliver person-centered care with empathy and respect, collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Assist the care team in meeting daily patient and family objectives.
  • Provide quality patient care, including comfort measures, hygiene, safety protocols, transport, and nutritional support.
  • Occasionally fulfill a sitter role as needed.

Qualifications Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED (must be obtained within one year of hire).
  • State Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
