About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Provider Growth Associate to join our team. As one of our first hires in this role, you will play a critical part in rapidly expanding our provider network and enhancing our community of therapists and psychiatrists. Your primary responsibility will be to scale our therapist networks through a full-cycle sales motion, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into products and processes that drive our mission forward.
Key Qualifications- 1-3 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in a startup environment or selling to small businesses
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and close prospective hires
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people through various channels
- A strong work ethic and a desire to continuously improve and learn
- Comfortable thinking on your feet, trying new approaches, and adapting to changing circumstances
- A scientific approach to growth, experimenting with various tactics to discover effective lead generation and sales strategies
- Analytical ability to identify high-performing channels and optimize resource allocation
- A growth mindset, with a desire to learn from a talented team and take on increasing responsibility over time
