Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure total customer satisfaction through proactive problem identification and resolution, and by building strong relationships with clients.
  • Mail and Packages: Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail and packages according to assigned floors and time frames. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for dispatch, and log and deliver incoming overnight packages.
  • Supplies and Administration: Organize and distribute supplies to client employees, monitor inventory, and maintain a neat and organized supply area. Provide minor maintenance of photocopy machines and operate facsimile machines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years' experience in a mailroom or professional office environment
  • Knowledge of metering, weighting, logging, and shipping procedures
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Ability to perform routine and complex functions of various equipment and systems
  • Excellent customer service and professional attitude
