Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical information and explanations to customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Fulfill orders by transferring them to the fulfillment team and communicating expected delivery dates.
  • Meet established order entry goals and support the outside sales team in daily activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to solve customer issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to listen carefully to identify customer requirements.
  • Knowledge of order entry/enterprise systems, preferably QAD and Goldmine.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
