Job Summary
Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling customer requests, providing technical information, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical information and explanations to customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Fulfill orders by transferring them to the fulfillment team and communicating expected delivery dates.
- Meet established order entry goals and support the outside sales team in daily activities.
- Work collaboratively with the team to solve customer issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong customer focus and ability to listen carefully to identify customer requirements.
- Knowledge of order entry/enterprise systems, preferably QAD and Goldmine.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
