Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative. As a Client Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and accurately.

2. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

3. Collaborate with various departments within the company, such as sales and technical support, to resolve client issues and deliver a seamless experience.

4. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and suggest improvements to processes or procedures.

5. Utilize our CRM system to record and update client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for reference.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant information and insights.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and effectively communicate these to clients.

8. Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to continuously develop and enhance your client service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Bilingual, English and at least one other language.

Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

A positive and empathetic attitude towards clients.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
