bJob Summary/bbrbrAs a Field Representative II, Field Services Support at Ricoh USA, Inc., you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to customers in the field. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.brbrbKey Responsibilities/bbrbr Provide technical support and services to customers in the field, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment.brbr Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.brbr Collaborate with sales partners to maximize equipment leads and upgrade opportunities.brbr Maintain and manage own parts inventory with a high degree of accuracy.brbr Adhere to territory back-up plans and complete all required administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.brbrbRequirements/bbrbr Journeyman level technical knowledge typically gained through completion of technical school and 2+ years of related experience.brbr Valid state driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per company policy.brbr Strong working knowledge of electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuitry, electronics, and varying levels of digital competency.brbr Excellent customer service skills, including ability to follow up to ensure closure of issues.brbr Ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of technical manuals, parts books, and relevant publications.brbrbWorking Conditions/bbrbr Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and normal range of temperature and noise.brbr Extensive daily travel in an automobile between customer locations is usually required.brbr Working conditions regularly expose individuals to conditions that could result in minor cuts and burns; frequent exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners.brbr Shift work, overtime, stand-by, and/or on-call may be required.brbrbAbout Ricoh USA, Inc./bbrbrRicoh is an integrated solutions provider and partner that connects people and technology, creates outstanding customer experiences, and delivers innovation for businesses worldwide.
