Account Manager

The AdTheorent Account Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client service and campaign management excellence. This position requires a strong client-facing relationship, with a focus on delivering superior results through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain cross-channel, programmatic advertising campaigns in partnership with clients and internal teams to drive client success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely delivery of client objectives and expectations.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors and Sales Managers to prepare comprehensive reporting presentations.
  • Foster exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, aligning with client business needs and goals.
  • Stay abreast of digital media developments, industry technologies, and capabilities to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements:
  • College diploma, with relevant degrees in marketing or communications a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital media, technology, or client services.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Independent, confident, and enthusiastic team player with excellent initiative.
  • Customer service-oriented with a proven track record in account management.
