Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate all projects by reviewing contracts for billing specifications and requirements.
  • Set up and maintain precise AIA billing and CCIP reporting.
  • Ensure timely preparation, review, and submission of monthly pay applications.
  • Promptly investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with project managers and general contractor counterparts.
  • Request and provide necessary documentation, including insurance certificates and lien releases.
  • Monitor collection reports to ensure consistent cash flow.
  • Adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Utilize technology to generate reports and perform high-volume data entry.
  • Assist with accounting audits as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction accounting environment.
  • Proficient in processing high-volume data with precision.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional accounting skills.
  • Consistent employment history.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for problem-solving.
  • A strong desire for professional growth and skill development.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • A degree in Accounting is preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
Job Type:

Full-time position with weekly salary payments.
