Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our U.S. Power Transformers team. In this role, you'll ensure customer satisfaction, manage orders, and represent WEG at various events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management:
    • Handle customer inquiries during order processing.
    • Safeguard WEG's contractual obligations by ensuring timely order entry and acknowledgment.
    • Coordinate with the Production Scheduling Department to maintain quoted lead times.
  • Contract Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with inspection and design review requirements specified in contracts.
    • Maintain complete order files, including oral and written correspondence.
  • Finalization:
    • Submit all final contract documents.
    • Resolve open discussions on change orders or penalties.
    • Verify payment collection.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Coordinate and support customer visits.
    • Conduct plant tours.
    • Represent WEG at presentations and client dinners.
