Job Title: Contract Administrator

QSI is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to support our government client in Washington, D.C. The successful candidate will possess expert-level knowledge in acquisition regulations, contract terms and conditions, order procedures, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on acquisition policies, regulations, and procedures to the Acquisition Team, Contracting Officer, COR, Project Managers, and other DOS Management.
  • Utilize DOS systems, including ARIBA, G-Invoicing, ILMS, GFMS, and GSD Tracker, to enter and retrieve data with government permission.
  • Support pre-award activities, including market research, ICGE determinations, and drafting Statements of Work and other procurement-related documents.
  • Perform post-award administration tasks, such as protest response, transition oversight, and contract close-outs.
  • Assist with the preparation of periodic COR reports and generate special reports as needed.
  • Support compliance efforts by developing acquisition guides, templates, and instructions, and participating in contract file reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred) and/or five years of general office experience.
  • Five years of experience with federal acquisition, including direct knowledge and understanding of contract regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing in an office environment.
  • Developing, integrating, and implementing acquisition solutions for diverse, highly complex requirements across multiple areas and disciplines.
