Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff to achieve clinical and operational goals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to physical therapists and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Monitor and analyze clinical and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to promote our services and improve patient access.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our clinic remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., physical therapy, healthcare administration).
  • Professional license/certification in physical therapy (e.g., PT, DPT).
  • Minimum of three years' experience in clinical leadership or management, preferably in a physical therapy or healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement changes to optimize performance.
  • Knowledge of EMR systems and other healthcare technology.
