Executive Vice President of Operations

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.

iNtegrity+ seeks an experienced leader to fill the role of Executive Vice President of Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for property operations, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and maximizing opportunities for operational departments and company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish short-and long-term operational goals, objectives, policies, and procedures;
  • Monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness, implementing changes required for improvement;
  • Identify key drivers of success;
  • Hold departmental performance to a high standard;
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures;
  • Accountable for team member performance under their area of responsibility;
  • Enforce internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations, and controls property wide;
  • Create and administer departmental operating budget and financial controls;
  • Deliver and maintain maximum level of property-wide service and satisfaction;
  • Facilitate communication throughout the property by organizing regular meetings;
  • Oversee hiring, performance management, employee engagement within the department;
  • Provide training opportunities, constructive feedback, and create motivating environment;
  • Keep informed of all new developments and make recommendations for department and company success;
  • Review major contracts and select systems for the department;
  • Manage internal and external guest relations, which may require levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy;
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines;
  • Promote positive, fair, and ethical relations with team members, guests, and other third parties;
  • Create enthusiastic, energetic service-oriented culture and provide leadership in developing employee engagement strategies;
  • Act as a role model of the Company Brand and effectively engaging and communicating with team members;
  • Provide leadership in the development and execution of the property's marketing plans to optimize revenue and hotel mix;
  • Direct, plan, and implement property and/or business unit policies, guidelines, and procedures as necessary;
  • Analyze operations to evaluate performance of the team in meeting objectives or to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement;
  • Promote and maintain highest level of customer service while staying alert to their needs;
  • Works with safety as a priority and follow department and company safety standards;
  • Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training;
  • Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in a related field or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 10 years of Gaming and Hospitality experience, 7 years in a leadership role;
  • Must have International Experience;
  • Requires basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Candidate must have experience with planning and project management;
  • Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail;
  • Knowledge of union as well as non-union working environments preferred;
  • 21 years of age or above and will be required to obtain and maintain registration, or a license issued by the Nevada Gaming Board.
