CLIENT OVERVIEW

Our client, a prominent Private Equity firm specializing in infrastructure investments, has established a strong presence in the United States and continues to expand rapidly. With a global footprint that includes offices in Europe, Asia, and North America, their New York team comprises approximately 50 dedicated and professional employees, including a team of eight administrators. As the NYC office experiences growth, they are seeking an administrator to assist in optimizing workflow. The administrative team is characterized by diverse personalities, all united by a remarkable work ethic and a commitment to supporting their colleagues.

POSITION SUMMARY

The organization is in search of a Team Assistant to provide support to five key team members, including an Investment Professional, Associates, and Analysts. This role encompasses traditional administrative duties with a significant emphasis on core responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive calendar management
  • Coordination of travel arrangements
  • Management of expenses
  • Assistance with ad hoc projects
  • Providing backup support to other Executive Assistants

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail, eager to join a collaborative workplace. Candidates should possess several years of experience in private equity, complemented by additional years in an administrative capacity.

  • 5-6 years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines effectively

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Base salary range of $85,000 - $100,000
  • Hybrid work model with a 3/2 schedule
  • 25 days of paid time off
