Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000, commensurate with experience
Compensation Structure: Includes bonus opportunities

Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Program Manager to spearhead the development and execution of retail strategies across Compass Group, North America. The retail environment is ever-evolving, influenced by shifting consumer preferences, purchasing behaviors, and broader economic trends. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing retail sales, profitability, and overall performance by utilizing both traditional and digital marketing strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute strategies to enhance mobile retail sales and profit margins.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and assessment of scalable retail initiatives.
- Review existing programs for potential updates and improvements.
- Work closely with data analytics teams to compile and present insightful analyses.
- Oversee projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with digital teams and key supplier partners.
- Plan and organize programs from pilot stages to full-scale implementation, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Engage with a diverse team of associates, suppliers, clients, and retail operators across a matrixed organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional retail teams, Compass sectors, resource teams, and strategic partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes, analyzing internal and external data such as sales and pricing.
- Identify market patterns and trends to refine product strategies.
- Achieve objectives measured by key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in retail, foodservice, or a related agency.
- Experience in the beverage industry (bottler, CPG, retailer).
- Strong business acumen to evaluate category performance and provide recommendations.
- Familiarity with mobile and digital marketing strategies and analytics.
- Proficient analytical skills with a solid understanding of data sources, modeling, and executive-level reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
