Key Responsibilities:

  • REQUIRED TO WORK THE OVERNIGHT SHIFT
  • Assist CORE Management
  • Manage Authorizations within the Retail database
  • Extract and evaluate reports from the Retail database
  • Oversee Authorizations in the Retail database
  • Update and maintain files on the CORE Connects Web platform
  • Collaborate directly with Retail Sales Associates to support Management's goals
  • Maintain Trackers for various functions within CORE on the Connects Web platform
  • Prepare and organize mailings for Retail Sales Associates as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education Level: High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or retail environment. Previous sales and marketing or industry experience is preferred
  • Proficient skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Access
  • Must be available to work overnight shifts
  • Must be able to work four consecutive 10-hour shifts or more
  • Must be willing to travel at least 75% of the time (local and out of town)
  • Must have a thorough understanding of retail reporting systems, including data entry and report generation, and serve as a resource for new users
  • Must communicate effectively and maintain professionalism with associates, clients, and customers
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Must be a collaborative team player
  • Must perform duties safely and utilize appropriate safety techniques and equipment when necessary.

This position will remain open until filled.
