Key Responsibilities:

  • NIGHT SHIFT REQUIRED
  • Assist CORE Management
  • Manage Authorizations within the Retail database
  • Generate and analyze reports from the Retail database
  • Maintain Authorizations in the Retail database
  • Upload and manage files on the CORE Connects Web platform
  • Collaborate directly with Retail Sales Associates to support Management's goals
  • Maintain Trackers for various functions within CORE on the Connects Web platform
  • Prepare and organize mailings for Retail Sales Associates as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education Level: High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or retail setting. Previous sales and marketing experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Access skills
  • Must be available to work overnight shifts
  • Must be able to work four consecutive 10-hour shifts or more
  • Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time (local and out of town)
  • Strong understanding of retail reporting systems, including data entry and report generation, as well as being a resource for new users
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism when interacting with associates, clients, and customers
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to safety and proper use of equipment when necessary.
