Job Overview

The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle is seeking a Support Service Staff to join their team at their Permanent Supportive Housing Site in West Seattle.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience: 1-year experience in homeless outreach or services, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in academic and life skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to effectively communicate and manage digital tools.
  • Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English, with a strong emphasis on clear and concise communication.
  • Cultural Competence: Cultural sensitivity to diverse needs, with a commitment to inclusivity and respect.
